Barbara J. Lipshutz , counsel to the Firm, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (summa cum laude), where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and of the Harvard Law School (cum laude). After law school, Ms. Lipshutz practiced law as a litigator in Philadelphia for 10 years, before moving to the New York area in 1996. Ms. Lipshutz practices technology law, online media, pre-publication counseling, trademarks, licensing, contests and sweepstakes law, and litigation and is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
