Arthur J. Jacobs
ARTHUR J. JACOBS, the Firm's founding partner, is a graduate of the City College of New York and the Cornell Law School. Mr. Jacobs is well known for his knowledge of trademark, copyright, defamation, new media, and corporate and transactional matters, particularly in the areas and fields of publishing, the Internet, e-publishing, television, film and the media, in addition to his extensive litigation and trial experience. Mr. Jacobs has also lectured attorneys and law school students in the fields of intellectual property and publishing law, and has continuously represented publishers, authors and filmmakers for over 35 years.
